For the manufacturing, sales, processing, and application of activated carbon filters, please leave it to us.
The flat-type filter (dense packing layer method) is the most common type of filter that densely packs granular activated carbon into a frame made of stainless steel mesh, perforated metal, and other materials. Carbon honeycomb is made by molding and sintering activated carbon and metal catalysts into a honeycomb shape using ceramic and other inorganic and organic binders, resulting in extremely low pressure loss, high adsorption speed, and a wide range of applications. Molded carbon is made by using granular activated carbon alone or in combination with activated carbon fiber chips, using thermoplastic or thermosetting resin binders to form blocks, tablets, or cylindrical (donut-shaped) forms, allowing for arbitrary shapes and easy handling. Additionally, various types such as carbon paper are also available.
